Order Policies


If something doesn’t fit you or if you just don’t like something you ordered because it look different on the website then real life, feel free to send it back and we can provide you with an other item in the value of the product that you're sending back, or issue a refund.

You have 30 days from your order date to send your item back! Once we receive it, we’ll hustle to get your request processed. Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs for items that either do not fit or are disliked for any reason.

If that happens please contact us: to make sure we work with you on your return issue.

Damaged item

in your Post If you get a damaged order in your mail/post please provide us with pictures on the same day of the arrival, pictures of the item and pictures of the parcel opened. Include the date of arrival and contact us at the customer service email so we can proceed with your order again! We will send you a new item back as the one you ordered after you have send us back with the damaged one. We cover all shipping expenses to these matters.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept or refund back items or money, for any reason that you damage the item that you purchased. That applies only when the item purchased gets damaged within a week’s time from the postal arrival time.
